Agreement

By using foundiny.com or buying from the Foundiny store you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or supply issues. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we issue a full refund within 5 business days.

Pricing and product info

We try to keep pricing, photos, and product descriptions accurate. If there is an obvious error (such as a $300 product listed at $30), we may cancel the order and issue a refund instead of fulfilling it.

Shipping and delivery

Orders ship from our supplier within 1 to 2 business days and arrive in 8 to 12 business days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. See our shipping policy for details.

Returns and refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. See our refund policy for the full process.

Intellectual property

All site content (copy, photos, code, brand) is the property of Foundiny or its licensors. You may not copy or republish it without permission.

Limitation of liability

Foundiny is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use of our products or site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Foundiny is registered. Disputes go to the courts of that state.
