Shipping Policy

Where we ship from

Foundiny products ship from our fulfillment partner (CJ Dropshipping) out of warehouses in China. We say this up front because it matters for delivery time and customs.

Delivery time

• Handling: 1 to 2 business days from the time you order.
• Transit to the US: 7 to 11 business days via ePacket or CJPacket.
• Total: 8 to 12 business days from order to doorstep, in most cases.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Holidays, weather, and customs can add a few days.

Tracking

We email tracking the moment the package leaves the warehouse. The tracking number works on the carrier site and on 17track.net. Updates can take 24 to 72 hours to appear once the label is created.

Shipping cost

• Flat rate $5 to anywhere in the US.
• Free shipping on US orders over $50.
• We do not ship internationally yet.

Customs and import

For US orders under the de minimis threshold there are no extra duties. We are not responsible for customs delays in the rare cases where they happen.

Lost or stuck packages

If your package has not moved for 10 business days, email hello@foundiny.com with your order number. We will open a trace with the carrier and either replace the order or refund.
