Refund Policy

30-day return window

You can return any product within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. The 30 days start the day the package is marked delivered by the carrier.

Condition

The product must be in usable condition. Light wear is fine. Damaged, soiled beyond cleaning, or missing parts will reduce the refund or void the return.

Return shipping

The customer pays return shipping. We do not provide prepaid labels. Use any tracked carrier. We recommend insurance for orders over $50.

How to start a return

1. Email returns@foundiny.com with your order number and the reason for return.
2. We send you the return address within 1 business day.
3. You ship the product back at your cost.
4. We inspect the return within 3 business days of receipt and refund to your original payment method within 5 business days after that.

Defective or wrong item

If we shipped the wrong item or it arrived defective, we cover return shipping and ship a replacement at no cost. Email returns@foundiny.com within 7 days of delivery with photos.

Refused or undeliverable packages

If a package is refused or returned to sender because of an incorrect address you provided, we refund the product price minus original shipping and a 10% restocking fee.

Final-sale items

Sale items at 50% off or more are final sale and not eligible for return unless defective.
