Grind settings chart. Dial: 60 settings, 1 = finest, 60 = coarsest. Breville's chart puts espresso at 1-30, drip at 31-54 depending on the filter, and French press at 55-60. With dual-wall (pressurized) baskets, Breville says to start at 30.
