Grind settings chart. Dial: Dial 0-16 in 32 steps, lower = finer. Timemore says the 064 cannot grind for espresso. The 064S is the espresso-capable version. Timemore only gives pour-over and French press ranges.

Where these numbers come from
Settings are starting points. Burrs wear, beans differ and two grinders of the same model can be calibrated a step or two apart. Taste, then adjust.
