Grind settings chart. Dial: Outer ring 1-11 in quarter steps (41 settings), 1 = finest, plus an inner ring for espresso fine-tuning. Fellow prints the ranges inside the lid. For darker roasts, pick a higher number within the range. Use the inner ring for small espresso changes.
