Grind settings chart. Dial: Dial 1-11 with 2 sub-steps between numbers, 1 = finest. Fellow says the original Ode grinds only down to about 500 microns, too coarse for espresso or moka pot. If you swapped in Gen 2 burrs, use the Ode Gen 2 numbers instead.

Where these numbers come from
Settings are starting points. Burrs wear, beans differ and two grinders of the same model can be calibrated a step or two apart. Taste, then adjust.
