What you are aiming for
A moka pot wants a grind a little coarser than espresso. Too fine and the pot sputters, over-extracts and tastes burnt.
On the 1Zpresso K-Ultra, 6.0 is the documented start. If your grounds look much finer or coarser than this, your grinder may be calibrated differently: trust the taste, then the number.
Fix the beans too
