Cold brew
Cold Brew Ratio Calculator
Cold brew steeps coarse coffee in cold water for 12 to 24 hours. A 1:8 ratio makes a strong concentrate you dilute 1:1 with water or milk. A 1:12 ratio brews closer to ready-to-drink.

The ratio is free. The taste comes from fresh beans and a consistent grind. Here is what we actually use.
How to use it

Weigh the coffee shown, grind coarse, steep 12 to 24 hours, then filter.
Frequently asked
For concentrate, use 1:8 (one part coffee to eight parts water) and dilute it 1:1 when you serve. For ready-to-drink straight from the jar, use about 1:12 to 1:15.
12 to 24 hours. Twelve hours at room temperature or up to 24 in the fridge. Longer steeps pull more strength but can turn woody past a day, so taste and stop when it is right.
Fully cold is the classic method and gives a smoother, less acidic cup. Use a coarse grind and filter through a paper filter or cloth to keep it clean.
